Why zen elite?

Zen Elite brings together a specialist project team, providing support services for initiatives within the not for profit sector.

We have an established history working with Social Enterprises, Charities, Community Groups and other Socially Focussed bodies – designing, implementing and delivering successful projects for numerous clients in New Zealand and the UK.

We specialise in Grants, Tenders & Commissions, Project Development & Planning, Fundraising and Direct Marketing. We work with our partners from initial concepts right through to execution and delivery, ensuring our clients have their expectations met and exceeded.

As our name suggests, we pride ourselves in the quality of our work and our Team members are Industry award winners within their respective fields.

We have worked on a wide range of projects to tackle a variety of social issues, including disabilities, at-risk youth, arts and culture, healthcare and more.

Meet Ed.

Ed has a unique background which encompassess a 20 year history of Social Enterprise and working alongside not-for-profits across two continents.

Ed was a co-founder of Waxworks Music Studios – a Multi-Award winning Organisation which worked with disadvantaged, marginalised and excluded communities. Ed helped to create hundreds of youth programmes, benefitting thousands of children and young people every year in some of the UK’s most deprived wards. Ed was responsible for Project Development, Marketing & Communications, the Fundraising Strategy and its overall Financial Liquidity over a ten year period.

Ed’s work in New Zealand has seen him deliver programmes and campaigns for the Countrys most respected Charities since 2012. In its Fundraising capacity, Ed and the Zen Elite Team have generated in excess of $50m through the delivery of bespoke donor acquisition projects across the whole of New Zealand. This work has been recognised by The Fundraising Institute (FINZ) and Zen Team have won the PFRA Industry Award – Fundraiser of the Year, for 7 of the past 9 years.

Peter has a background in Corporate Sales and Account Management working in the Publication and Technology Sectors and has worked with Zen Elite for the past 5 years.
